Warranty
All products purchased from magnepan-europe.com come with a 3-year warranty. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use from the date of purchase. If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair it without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, or normal wear and tear. For warranty claims, please contact our customer service for further instructions.
Ordering
To make a purchase on our website, you must be at least 18 years of age. By placing an order, you warrant and represent that you have the legal right and capacity to enter into the sale transaction.
We cannot guarantee that all product images accurately reflect the true appearance of the product, as the product images may differ depending on the color settings on your computer.
Order Acceptance/Confirmation
We may, at our sole discretion, refuse or cancel any order and limit order quantity. We may also require additional qualifying information prior to accepting or processing any order. Once we receive your online order, we'll provide you with an email order confirmation. However, this order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell; we are simply confirming that we received your order. We reserve the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If we cancel an order after you have already been billed, we will refund the billed amount.

All prices are in EUR and include VAT at the prevailing rate. We reserve the right to adjust prices for products displayed in our online store at any time and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur, without prior notice.

Returns and Refunds
We want you to be delighted with your new purchase. However, if you need to return an item, we're here to help.
Standard Return Policy
Please keep the following points in mind when returning a product purchased from our online store:
- You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- Only items purchased from our online store can be returned to us. Magnepan products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
- Ensure that the item you're returning is carefully repackaged in its original packing. Any item damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging will be charged to you as a customer.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, a refund will be issued within 30 days. Your refund will be processed to your original form of payment.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, we will follow the recommendations from the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden, ARN).
