Shipping and Delivery
We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders and ship to the following countries:
Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Austria, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Georgia, Germany, Gibraltar, Greenland, Guadeloupe, Guernsey, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Isle of Man, Israel, Jersey, Kosovo, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Malta, Mayotte, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Norway, Poland, Réunion, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Svalbard and Jan Mayen, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, Vatican City State, Åland Islands.
Note: While shipping is free for all main orders, a shipping fee will be applied to accessories ordered separately.

All deliveries are made by DHL or TNT.
1. Customs and Import Duties:
We always sell on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis, which means that all import-related costs, including local VAT, are included in the price. There will be no additional charges for customers when receiving orders.
2. Shipping and Delivery Updates:
Although we always have access to tracking numbers for orders, please note that we may not be able to send an auto-generated update with the tracking information when the order is shipped. Rest assured that we closely monitor all shipments to ensure timely delivery.
3. Lost or Damaged Packages:
In case of lost or damaged packages, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and find a resolution, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Delivery times vary depending on the product. We provide estimated delivery times for each product where possible, but exact delivery times cannot be confirmed until the order is placed.
If you wish to order products with different delivery times and would like to receive the ones with shorter delivery times first, please place two separate orders.
In the event of a delivery delay, you will be notified via email and have the right to cancel the purchase.
If a delivered package is not collected, we reserve the right to charge you a fee covering the entire cost of shipping as well as any additional penalty and processing fees. Uncollected packages are generally not covered by the right to return items.
