Here you will find everything about our terms of purchase and delivery.

Prices

All prices on this website and e-commerce are stated in Swedish kronor, including VAT.

Colors and patterns

Note that the shade of colors and patterns on your screen do not always match the reality due to different screen settings etc.

Please contact us if you are unsure and we will help. 

Order Confirmation

When we receive and confirm your order, you will receive an order confirmation to your email. Always check the confirmation and contact us if you have any questions. 

Please note that if you wish to change an order afterwards, it can be difficult as your item is packed and delivered as soon as payment is received.

Transport and delivery

The package is always delivered to the nearest delivery point. You choose the delivery method at checkout. 

When the package has arrived at your delivery point, a notification is sent to you. Bring this notification together with your identification to show at pickup.

All transport is done using DHL. Report transport damage as soon as possible and without delay to DHL.

Delivery time

Delivery time is in the information text of each product. 
If the product you want to order is out of stock you will be notified. 

If the products you want to order have different delivery times and you want goods with a short delivery time first, you should place two separate orders. 
In the event of a delivery delay, you will be notified via email or telephone. 
In case of delivery delay you have the right to cancel the purchase. 

We accept no liability for any damage that has occurred as a result of a notified delivery time being exceeded.
We also reserve ourselves for errors in stock quantity and any price errors.

Payment terms

By ordering goods at Geneva.se you accept the general terms and conditions. The agreement is concluded at the same time as your order is accepted. By law, you must be over 18 to make a card payment at Geneva.se

Offers

Any offers without a clear end date apply as long as there are units in stock. 
We reserve the right for errors in stock quantities as well as for stock levels of  our suppliers, as well as for any price errors that may arise. 

Occasionally, any of the items you ordered may be listed as backordered. This is because the item is not in stock or the delivery is delayed. 

Contact us if you want to cancel your residual listing or if you have questions about delivery times etc.

Non collected packages

If you have changed your mind about your purchase when the package has been sent from us, you must pick up the package at your delivery point and return it to us. 

If the package is not retrieved, it is automatically registered as not retrieved and you are then charged.

Exchange and return policy

You have full return and exchange rights within 14 days of receiving the item according to the distance and home sales law. However, it is assumed that you have not used the product and that it is returned in undamaged condition, according to the distance contract law. 

The right of return and exchange does not apply if the ordered products are opened. All labels must remain on the returned goods. All goods returned must be packed in the bag or carton in which the goods came. The goods should be packed well and transport damage due to inadequate packaging will be charged to you as a customer. 

Do not place address sheets directly on the product packaging, but place the original carton in another carton.

Refund

Refunds for a returned item are refunded to the customers account within 30 days.

Klarna

We collaborate with Klarna who offer our payment solutions.

Reservations

We reserve the right for final sale and that goods can be withdrawn from the product range. We cannot guarantee that all images accurately reflect the products true appearance. We also reserve ourselves for any factual and content errors on this website and reservations gives us the right to adjust prices and any price errors.

Force majeure

We are exempt from the penalty for failure to fulfill certain obligations under this Agreement, if the failure has its basis in the liberating circumstance as set forth below and the circumstance prevents, complicates, or delays the fulfillment. To be considered a liberating circumstance, government action or omission, new or changed legislation, labor market conflict, blockade, fire, flood, sabotage, major-scale accident or other type of natural disaster. Force majeure includes decisions by the authorities that have a negative impact on the market and products, e.g. restrictions in indication, warning texts, ban on sales, etc., abnormal decline in the market and whether the company has been designated for criminal activity affecting the business.

The law on distance trading

We follow the law on distance trading.

Dispute

In the event of a dispute, we will follow the recommendations of the Swedish Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden.
